Combination  163 it is composed of 7 bombé buttons, with a diameter of 3 cm, covered with a variety of colored fabrics, from turquoise-burgundy-orange and plum purple velvets to pure Indian silk shantung electric blue, light green and black. In the center stands out a button in iridescent natural mother-of-pearl, with ivory shades, coming from a historic Roman haberdashery.
