combination 147 - Play

The combination 147 - Play is made up of 8 domed buttons, approximately 2.5 cm in diameter, covered with white tulle on a black background alternating with four different black fabrics of lace, lurex, velvet, and Indian pure silk shantung. In the center, a special button made of white mother-of-pearl carved in a triangular shape, coming from an ancient haberdashery in Rome.
