Combination 243-Lady it is composed of 8 bombé buttons, with a diameter of 3 cm, covered with purple jersey fabric and carmine red georgette. At  center there is a bright ivory-colored iridescent natural mother-of-pearl button, coming from a well-known Roman haberdashery.
