Combination 182 - Casablanca is made up of 6 bombé buttons, 3.5 cm in diameter, made of turquoise, black and burgundy velvets combined with black and white patterned viscose. In the center stands a spectacular collectible Moroccan-style button, 4.5cm in diameter, in inlaid gilded metal and precious black yarn, coming from Casablanca.
