Combination 147 is made up of 8 bombé buttons, with a diameter of 2.5 cm, covered with white tulle on a black background alternating with four different black fabrics of lace, lurex, velvet and  pure Indian silk shantung. In the center, a particular triangular-shaped carved white mother-of-pearl button from an ancient Roman haberdashery.
